Notice of General Assembly and Election

January 29, 2012 (Sunday)

To all PHA Members:

In accordance to the Constitution of the Philippine Historical Association, the General Assembly and Election for the Board of Governors for 2012 will be held on the last Sunday of January 2012 (January 29, 2012) at Student Center Auditorium, Tan Yan Kee Building, University of Santo Tomas, EspaƱa Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila, 8:00 to 11:30am.

Only members in good standing and who are physically present may be nominated and voted upon. No proxy votes will be honored.

A registration fee of Php100 will be collected from the participants to take care of the food, refreshments, and other contingent expenses.

The new Board of Governors will meet to elect the officers of the association for 2012.
